'I KILLED HIM'

This was the first university project at Bournemouth University, which follows the story of a Vietnam War veteran who has been placed inside a mental institution due to the trauma and PTSD of the crimes he's caused. He's visited by a reporter and realises that his mistake within the war has come back to haunt him...
My main role within this group project was scriptwriter, allowing me to showcase my storytelling and creativity.

'The Diversity of Music'

This piece of work required us as a group to create a documentary film surround the theme of diversity. The first thing that pops into your head when you think of diversity is that of race, however we decided to stray away from that and focus on something more lighthearted. Within this film we had Vox pop interviews with various different students on campus asking them about their taste in music.
My role within this group was camera operator.

'The Game'

This short film takes up a 'Hunger Games' and 'Squid Game' type inspiration as it follows the story of a young man who decides to enter a cash prize competition, but little does he know that his life is about to change forever. Nothing is ever simple and experiences will change people, especially those who undertake the 'trials'.
My role within this project was director, scriptwriter, camera operator and editor.
This project was a reflective project and received 70/100.
'Birth Sequence - Frustation'

This piece of work focused on our ability to create aspects to be projected onto an area to create interaction between the live performance of the Indian traditional dancers and the visuals. The idea surrounding the project follows that of reincarnation, which is a very relevant theme in that of Hinduism, which is the main religion in India. Our main focus is that of the dandelion, as this particular flower reproduces itself once it dies, incorporating the theme of reincarnation.
My main role within this project was to create visuals using TouchDesigner.
'Routes to Roots'

As a final group project in my second year, we were tasked with working alongside real clients with the aim of creating various pieces of media depending on their brief. As a result of collaborating with our client: homeless charity 'Routes to Roots' in Poole, my group created a 1 -minute funding video, a 10-minute promotional video and various posters to showcase the work and services provided by this amazing charity. We focused on creating a documentary-style film to promote the organisation and the building in which they operate, through the use of interviews with staff, volunteers and service users, whilst also showcasing the environment itself.
